1. Do I have to have a PayPal account?
Yes, all transactions are done via PayPal.
 
2. Is this a secure site for online ordering?
Yes.
 
3. Why do I need to register with my information?
Your information is needed for shipment and contact purposes.
You can change your account options in My Account once you have signed in.
All of your information is kept confidential and never shared or sold.


4. What if the item I want to purchase is sold out?
Contact us with the item number and we will notify you when the product will be in stock.
 
5. How long before I receive my order?
Estimated time for delivery is 9-12 Business days.

Fourteen77 candles:
Most candles will ship within 2-3 business days.**
**some candles may not be available for immediate shipment and may take10-14 business days.
 
Large orders such as Favors could take 2-4 weeks depending on the number of candles.
 
 6. How will my order be shipped?
All orders** are shipped via UPS. A street address is required for UPS Deliveries. All UPS shipments must have a physical (street) address. (UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.)
** Fourteen77 Candles are shipped via USPS.
 
7. Can I track my orders?
After you place your order, you can request a UPS tracking number (does not include Fourteen77 Candles at this time).
 
8. Do you ship Outside the Continental U.S.?
Currently we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Canada.
Fourteen77 Candles may be shipped to other locations. Please contact us for more info.
 
9. Does it cost more to ship outside the Continental U.S.?
Yes, shipping outside the Continental U.S. is slightly higher. Please contact us for rates.
 
10. Gift Registry
